There are a number of people who immediately and blindly decided to trust Mr. Bordynuik. They point to "others" who trusted Mr. Bordynuik as evidence of credibility and ignore the fact that an extremely high percentage of those "others" decided to sue Mr. Bordynuik for everything from non-performance to fraud.
Like every message board of fraud stocks, once shareholders decide to blindly follow the con man, those shareholders lash out at those providing any warnings because they feel those warnings might convince some shareholders to sell. These misguided victims never seem to figure out that they're being swindled.
On a brighter note, the share price is starting to move up. As I said before, I think investors are ripe for another fleecing. Don't mistake a spike in share price for having actual fundamental value, however.
