I was planning on attending even though it is quit

I was planning on attending even though it is quite a distance to travel. Unfortunately, I am having second thoughts. I want to take some time and figure out if this is the long-term equity I have been thinking until recently.

I have been a shareholder since pre-nickel. I have always had a lot of confidence in GC and the team he has put together. However, I am needing a confidence builder because I am not sure GC is being transparent. GC has said dilution is not needed........he has said that more than once. He also pulled the stunt prior to the C4 conference where he tweeted, "Not sure if we should share our good results now or at the C4 conference" and then the day before the conference, he provided news that 3 of the 4 tests were not even close to being complete! Is GC getting caught up in communication that is over his head and pumping without realization? Is our potential partner a real partner with a pedigree? Is the partner prepared to give us any money up front (I am now thinking they are not).

I have heard that GC and his family are top notch people. However, GC is young and his communication skills are planting doubts for me. I love all of the communication but wish he would temper questionable expectations where needed.

I hope that Warp or Watsonhelper or Jpetro can help me get clarity on my concerns. Was really hoping to come to CA and meet some of you guys but am currently reanalyzing the entire opportunity. Until then, hope the SP holds up and GC can share concrete data that will reel in the folks that are in the boat with me.
