A CEO of a tiny company exposing with 3 giants on the same stage tomorrow. This is a behemoth of a penny stock. I expect this pre 14c to be voided before the 24th. Right after a buyout is announced. The ceo bought shares and is still holding. I think those who sold friday will be crying today and tomorrow. It makes no sense for this stock to be at .001. This will fly!!

My bet this is a poison pill move. I've seen it before. They are protecting themselves from a takeover. The CEO invests big, commercial hitting major networks. They are not cutting their own throats!! I'm sure they are getting buyout pressure and want to see the company grow before a sale. Not my first rodeo...this IS a poison pill protection move. Imho
