That's because established "REAL" VENDING MACHINE COMPANY'S don't see a demand for pot candy machines yet(and now neither does ERBB)... if they ever do, they will easily swat the wanna-be's pretenders like ERBB Scam away, and take the business. LMFAO... actual vending machine companies can get their machines "wrapped" in a matter of hours... not months.
The new smokescreen he is throwing up about developing strains of Marijuana in California? Where are the licenses? They would be public record, If theY existed. Where is the filing showing the purchase of these facilities, and where would they get the money to purchase them and pay to keep them running, pay staff etc. until they actually can sell something? If they somehow get licenses (doubtful), they don't have the financing to do any of it. Certainly no bank will loan to them given current financial straits they are in.
If this were all legitimate, which of course it is not, They would be forced to sell a ton more shares just for funds to keep going, since demonstrably nothing else they have ever done is bringing in revenue.
There was no One Bode Sale. There is no Filing showing the sale was completed and any money changed hands, and obviously there would be. ERBB has NO MONEY to initiate the PIE-in-the-Sky Pipe dreams they are now trying to foist upon the gullible. They are millions in debt.

But my point is..there is no other reason for a stock to lose nearly 90% of its value over a handful of months. That alone spells scam.
