Random Thoughts .... I have read every post tha

I have read every post that has been made since Friday's Proxy was posted and have a few thoughts that I would like to share. The range of emotions by those reading the proxy ranged from Chicken LIttle andthe sky is falling, to having total confidence in the items up for vote to those who are taking a neutral position until more info is available. For what it is worth, here is my 2 cents on the subject.
As CEO of a company, that individual has the accountablility to create a vision and make decisions that will provide shareholder value and return a profit to those investors that have put their $$$ in his hands. In order to be successful, he must create a PLAN. Although it is HIS plan, he does not live in a vacum and relies on people to advise him on the best course of action in the future. I admit that he has had some bumps in the implementation of the PLAN but he has taken steps, many steps to bring into the comopany the best talent available to carry out the vision.
I just read his blog and I feel personally feel he is being very open to what he feels is needed to move the company in the future. Each shareholder has the right to vote on the proposals. Either you like what you read and will vote to support the proposals or you don't like what you have read and vote to reject, sell your shares and have a great life with your other investments. Make the best decision that you feel is right for you and your family.
The next question is what will happen to the share price tomorrow. Will it tank, move upward or stay in the .11 range? I wish I had waited to buy the 259k two weeks ago but I am not sorry that I added when I did. I have not sold a single share of my holdings in AMBS and do not plan on selling anytime soon.
I invested in the science, the dream that people suffering from multiple illnesses can have a better life in the future. I have continued to buy shares because of the leadership running this company. My confidence level gets stronger with the PLAN Gerald has for the future and after reading his sharing of information in the latest blog it explains more about what is up for a vote. I am willing to stay the course and remain a loyal shareholder while Gerald continues implementing his PLAN!!
One more thing -- I applaud him for providing the blog before tomorrow's open. It may have helped reduce those needing "suicide watch".
Good luck in your AMBS shareholder strategy whatever that may be!
