Bottom line: The OS is still the same for 17 more days means that dilution isn't a problem until then...knowing IT expo is Tuesday, lots of eyes still on and price will fluctuate accordingly
Yes Big, please understand raising the Authorized shares means NOTHING, unless they ISSUE more shares to the issued and outstanding count which at the time of the increase of the A/S, the issued and outstanding was only 2.2Billion. So even though they raised the A/S to 10 billion if they ISSUE ZERO SHARES in the future, then it MEANS NOTHING!!!!!
The selloff friday was a direct result of people panicking because of that slight little misunderstanding.
Now if the issued and outstanding goes up, and there is no progress, then it's time to worry, but man o man, right now friday was just a joke, along with stop losses being triggered lol
Anyways, good luck to ya, just do some DD on difference between authorized and issued and outstanding. So what if the A/S was increased so they could use 3 billion shares to purchase a company that does 9 figures in revenues a year? I'd say that's well worth it, but if they never raised the A/S they wouldn't have those shares in the first place to make that purchase. Get it?

Do you know the conversion ratio for the 15 million preferred ?
On the latest filing it shows the 181 million being a 5% share of the O/S ,
If so that's over 3.6 billion
The problem is that is a lot of room to increase the authorized shares PPS reflected that when it came out dropping near 50% when that came out prolly dip pretty low Monday and bounce with the shorts covering IMO
Mainly, Mergers and Aquisitions. Also, they do have to pay off notes as well, so that was something that was needed for the company to move forward. $XUII has much going right now, and we have some revenues coming in, and more should be coming after tuesdays IT EXPO .
I'm holding here as I got a feeling we're going to aquire someone this week.

This makes many people suspect with the most serious suspicion. It is beyond belief that this one time it was pumping this before the sec filing. Now back to shorting posts. Looks like insider info and worse.
The increase in authorized shares will become effective approximately 20 days after the accompanying Information Statement has been distributed to the stockholders of the Company.
The Increase of Authorized shares won't be in effect till August 26th or later.
This Information Statement is first being sent on or about August 6, 2014 to the Company’s stockholders.

But what your not seeing , is the fact that the o/s is still 3 billion for 17 more days. Being that half was the was trading on Friday , and what was collected during the week. The float is pretty much locked. That pr on Friday was the kick they needed to collect majority. What your not understanding, is first company's authorize more shares, then comes the merger and acquisitions, more updated news bah bah bah. The run still continues!!!! And will be dumped later down the road in pieces . Now! If you think they put out a world wide commerical, just to dump before the run can get started. Think again! There not trying to scare off volume before they can give shares away for mergers. They want to make share less people get rich. At this point they have to look good or everyone goes to jail!!! There not trying to do that with a legitimate product. All they did on Friday was cause panic at the perfect time.
I'd maybe try some claws rather than legs...
