NWGC Stock Updates 08/09/2014 22:45:36 $NWGC Fact

Fact.
They will never release the audio. And you thought we couldn't verify information before?
even BIG posted on FB a nwgc problem..."BIG Investment Group LLC The relentless pumping on the other page is hurting this as well. Expectations were set so high for the call by the pumping going on for weeks. That is no doubt contributing here. Pumping can be just as bad as bashing. At this point what will turn this around is the actual plan by the company being released to improve shareholder value

so, folks can bash the bashers..but in this case we have the head of nwgc alert group scolding his crew imo. this was bennie's second alert on jul3 where nwgc closed at .012...a lot of unhappy campers posting their losses on page recently. kudos to Big for at least calling out both sides...
They have over 10 million in assets!!! LOL..
Are we reading the same rule here?
Violation!!!
Bux..my question: After the pasted CC paragraph, is that when bob mentioned "Nothing Guaranteed"? thanks
"What we’re also looking at doing is enhancing the shareholder value. And do enhance the shareholder value there is a variety of things the company can do. The fact that we have excess cash flow right now, gives us the ability to take certain steps that will enhance the value of this stock. We expect to make announcements over the next little while, as to what we’re doing and how we’re doing it. Some people have asked us to do a buyback. The issue with part of a buyback is that you have to have financial statements that show you have been profitable for two years. We have those financial statements, we meet all the criteria financially and corporately, to be able to do something like a buyback or other issues as we go along."
bux cherry picking? idk..i 100% recall bob qualifying the divy/buyback dialogue with the "Nothing Guaranteed" statement.i made a mental note of how sharp bob was to make that statement after sugar coating callers.helps cover his arse..100%! im thinking it should have been included with bux posting, but there was a follow up question and answer session and it may have been addressed then. it was a tough call to listen to with noise. so. id like to give bux the benefit of the doubt,,but if we find he purposely left out bobs qalification i would be extremely skeptical of any of his DD. i do hope bux better than that and will assume he is presently..
I'm convinced it's being held back and cherry picked for that exact reason. I also know one of the insiders asked multiple questions so the call being rigged is a strong possibility. And we know people on here we're screaming into the phone and they were muted.
mike, for the sake of nwgc board, i hope you never listen to the CC ..seriously...you will go ballistic. skip the noisy, often unbearable noise background..skip any controversial data. bob just did not present the CC with any passion or excitement. it was drab...gang, if i'm ceo and i'm presenting a CC with those (supposed) numbers, id be cheerleading nwgc through the roof. bob delivered with no conviction. Score 3/10...
So the transcript is being cherry picked?
bux..thanks for taking time to post.i know it was difficult to cipher with all the noise. appears to be what i recall. my only question was when bob stated "Nothing Guaranteed" in respect to the buyback/divvy discussion.. i dont know if it should be included in your post or included during the QandA discussion.i think that is certainly relevant info. hope that you do follow up posting the remainder of CC.i'll verify once you post the audio..thx.
Did bob finish grade school? Between the horrible grammar and sentence structure bob isn't fit to be the CEO of a hot dog cart.
Duncan bain? We've established he's a fraud and was busted for scamming in the OTC. The rest is fairytale make believe $NWGC
Per the SEC Rule they do not.
Remember your post that you wrote. The word "or" is in the rule.

Sorry, I was just going off what you wrote
Smaller companies - those with less than $10 million in assets, OR fewer than 2,000 shareholders of record - generally do not have to file reports with the SEC.
Or is the key here. And I highly doubt this company only has 200 investors or whatever
