Well, if you cannot read laws or rules, you should call the SEC, for they may let you know. I posted the link to the rule.

...question..bob stated on CC that nwgc needed to be profitable for two years and show financials for proof in order to do a share buyback. do those financials need to be audited in order for buyback approval? if so, would bob need to cough up the $750K? i'm always looking to learn something in pennyland.
Really??? Now we're criticizing how Bob presented the information? If he presented it with any sort of enthusiasm you would be saying he was pumping the stock to sell shares. Seems pretty desperate to me.
