My bet is for acquisition of IP they are still lacking but other parties aren't satisfied with small time payments anymore.
If so, it is all dilutive. Your shares are worth half. This pump was all about getting the share price up to file .xxx on xx/xx/xxxx for the acquisition filings.
Been done a million times in Biotech. Pump for less cost in shares for acquisition. Dump to lock profit and leave bagholders footing the bill
This reasoning bothers me because it was self pumped to a point
