Gerald could have put out a blog at the same time as the filing. But he didn't. He is letting the shareholders speculate about it over the weekend. Why would he do that?
My theory of purging the weak hands is just a theory. Nevertheless, he is letting us stew over the weekend. I suspect there is a reason.
