When people thought the pie was cut with 418 million common and they learn today the pie is now cut with over 2.2 billion, everybody's stake was actually 80% smaller than management had led folks to believe. Too much going on here just because the A/S increased. If people would look at the filings, THEY HAD NO CHOICE.... look at all the previous debt that has been put on this company, and until they can have substantial revenue, they have to pay with shares.
We aquired new company with some revenue, but more is needed, and it will come next week.
