Too much going on here just because the A/S increased. If people would look at the filings, THEY HAD NO CHOICE.... look at all the previous debt that has been put on this company, and until they can have substantial revenue, they have to pay with shares.
We aquired new company with some revenue, but more is needed, and it will come next week.
