Here's still another way to look at it...... i realize some bold and experienced experts here are going to throw all the cold water and ice they can on this thing. but.. how about this scenario.. these guys are going to an IT EXPO for a Week.. If you were going to be around a whole bunch of Shiny Baubles.. wouldn't you want to have some 'currency'to spend?... people.. don't lose your collective minds just yet..that's all im going to say on this subject.. i dislike losing money as much as the next fella.. but.. if you don't sell you still have the chance to make good?... besides ifyour putting your rent and mortgage money into this stuff you'd be just crazy anyhows.. ok, lol..don't worry Gold, you're gonna learn. One thing about me is, I've lost TONS of money doing the very same thing you're doing. I have a plethora of experience from getting fleeced on scam stocks. I've seen penny stocks that had way way way more credentials and solid affiliations with big name companies and still end up in the dumpster all due to thieving CEOs. Yes, I don't learn my lesson well but I'm on the right track now and I will bet everything I own that you will lose on this one. 100% Guaranteed !!!

Sorry to everyone who lost money. Certainly nobody likes to get sideswiped by a hit and run CEO, and I certainly don't blame shareholders if they feel like they took got for a ride. For a company reporting to the marketplace that they had 418 million shares when the true number of outstanding shares was really 500% higher, is really despicable. All I can say is I tried my best to give anyone who would listen a heads up. But when a poster is one of the very few with an opposing view, the herd mentality creates groupthink can easily dilute the minority, and drown out any rational thought and analysis to balance consensus. Nobody was really fooled by randomness of today's actions, or should have been. Everyone was getting drunk on the same KoolAid being poured. And it's funny Adam Radly timed this share disclosure on a Friday afternoon, on the exact week he debuted XUII TV commercial. Coincidence? Not a chance. All calculated in an attempt to sell shares folks. It wouldn't surprise me if Radly, or an entity controlled by Radly, was net short prior to today's announcement. Admittedly I have zero proof and Im not making the assertion....but it certainly wouldn't surprise me.
XUII recently aquired Rocky Mountain Tracking, a GPS service provider in The United States. In 2013, Rocky Mountain Holdings generated 1.4 million dollars. In 2014, they were purchased by XUII for 3.1 million dollars. According to Radley, XUII CEO, they intend to integrate the technology included in the RMT deal into existing Cloud services. This would put Xumanii on the cutting edge of Cloud based service technology.
Completey agree, i learned the hard way. Lost a bit in the 5 months i traded pennies. Put a little in 5 companies 1 reversed split and the others complete scams. NEVER bought millions of.shares though so my loss was only in the hundreds total.

What I'm seeing here, I've seen countless of times. Wash, rinse and repeat. This ticker is a cash cow for the scammers only. Even with the big prime time tv ad spots and over 1 BILLION SHARES TRADED, it ends up in the toilet like a big turd.

Thank you Aries. I knew the outstanding shares Adam Radly had been reporting had to be bogus. The number had to be false because in many sessions over the last couple weeks or so, XUII was doing daily volume that far exceeded it's reported total outstanding. Daily trading volumes were many times it's total reported float as well. It's just not possible to have trading volumes that could approach a number that was 500% greater than the reported float. I posted about that and frankly, anybody could have seen it themselves had they pondered the inconsistencies between what the company had reported to OTC Markets, and crossing that information with actual daily trade data, specifically total daily trade volumes. Just don't quite understand why some people just ignore the obvious when elementary calculations point to an obvious conclusion.
Ive seen what he;s talking about happen before but it wont happen here.. Float is astronomically high.

Happens all the time tho and the initial reaction is always exaggerated...the increase does not go into effect for a few weeks and the additional shares may or may not enter the float.

Panic selling is a strong motivation. Once it starts, it really goes! I personally believe that most of the drop this afternoon was panic selling by retail because institutions don't hit the sell button that hard on news like this.
I fully expected the drop once I saw the news and also fully expect a recovery on Monday and business as usual. It's a crazy world on the OTC and XUII especially. People love to flip by these variants and XUII is working out well. I bought back in at 0.0011 and I'm very happy with that!
What does the news really tell us? That they dilute heavily? Anyone watching this stock already knows that unless they are blind. I'm eagerly looking to see what happens next with this one, it's never boring!

I knew it by reading the reviews on Amazon! Looked like one of those fake Chinese websites offering electronics for 5% of retail prices. They're fake sites to get your personal info. Guarantee the IP addresses from those reviews are from no more than 2 different computers. But when somebody fires back at me with arrogance (not you) as though they KNOW XUII is legit, then must shove their foot in their mouth... yeah, that part of it is funny. But to see folks lose money.... not cool !!

I don't believe anyone is a victim in Pinkies. I trade every stock with my own money, which means the consequences for my decisions are mine. I also never talk badly of any stock, and especially one I am trading. I believe in supporting or silence.

Yes I'm out of my mind lol. 2bil a/s until August 24th. Why panic now? Share structure is still the same as it was earlier. They shock out the weak hands. Now this will really run, and a new crowd will come and buy it up once it's up 300% and spend months selling it down, wash n repeat again.
Happens all the time tho and the initial reaction is always exaggerated...the increase does not go into effect for a few weeks and the additional shares may or may not enter the float.

Panic selling is a strong motivation. Once it starts, it really goes! I personally believe that most of the drop this afternoon was panic selling by retail because institutions don't hit the sell button that hard on news like this.
I fully expected the drop once I saw the news and also fully expect a recovery on Monday and business as usual. It's a crazy world on the OTC and XUII especially. People love to flip by these variants and XUII is working out well. I bought back in at 0.0011 and I'm very happy with that!
What does the news really tell us? That they dilute heavily? Anyone watching this stock already knows that unless they are blind. I'm eagerly looking to see what happens next with this one, it's never boring!
I am glad i was able to get out quick enough with small profit but yea i feel you man! this is just criminal act!
Sorry, but I'd rather cut my losses and see the money I have left, money that I can use, rather than having just some inauspicious numbers floating around in my brokerage account.

They got enough shares in the last 30 min of trading to hold majority. Now they can control the price per share and run it up without any sell offs . Perfect set up, and perfect timing.
Well... I didn't sell... And as I've said before... I'm either gonna get what I want out of my shares or I'll own XUII when it's worth nothing! Lol. See what happens next week!

Believe me man, I hate to see people lose money. And I don't even know how to short a stock lol. I just don't understand how people can go all out, hook / line / sinker over an obvious scam. I knew it by reading the reviews on Amazon! Looked like one of those fake Chinese websites offering electronics for 5% of retail prices. They're fake sites to get your personal info. Guarantee the IP addresses from those reviews are from no more than 2 different computers. But when somebody fires back at me with arrogance (not you) as though they KNOW XUII is legit, then must shove their foot in their mouth... yeah, that part of it is funny. But to see folks lose money.... not cool !!
