I'll wait for Gerald's blog to explain his reasons for the intended increase in AS, then decide whether or not I'm excited. For now, just trying to stay neutral.
I expect more than the usual reasons... ward off hostile takeover, give company options, yada yada yada. Why make a blog to just repeat what's already in the filing?
