I totally agree, SOL and his many aliases are already hitting the boards screaming dilution. I just hate the timing, He could have released PR before they announced this form to head it off. Instead its done on Friday and gives the flippers and Bashers all weekend to stir up fear and panic. If he then blogs a weak explanation the pps will be down to .06 again.
