I'm good with this. Within the last couple of weeks we've learned that Dr. Lowe and the new guy, Huffman, purchased like 12 million shares between them. If they were worried about dilution or insolvency would they have purchased that amount? I think they were purchased in the .14 cent range. They spent over 1.7 million dollars!! Plus, insiders aren't selling their shares! What does that say?
Gerald said yesterday that all our milestones are on target for the remainder of this year. That includes the "bridge data," revenue guidance, LymPro partnership, Retinitis Orphan, LymPro commercialization, & up listing. He has said within the last 24 hours that all of these are still on target!
They must have a good reason for the additional authorized shares. Perhaps as a "poison pill" to ward off take overs. Perhaps they're needed to spin off the Diagnostic Division? Perhaps they're needed to do a public offering some day to raise money for future MANF indications? I'm sure they have good reasons.
The last people to listen to are Solantey and the other bashers. They know AMBS is fine, but they'd love the pps to drop so they can profit off the volatility!
We have been bringing on Big People recently because Big Things are about to happen with AMBS!
Relax, for goodness sake, and have some confidence in our team. I have a feeling this is a positive sign of huge things that are coming!
Fibonacci just posted and mentioned that no Reverse Split was mentioned. If we were going to do a reverse split, wouldn't that be voted on too at this meeting? Or at least discussed? But it wasn't mentioned. That is big news!
