SMTP, Inc. Announces $0.12 Per Share Quarterly Cash Dividend

NASHUA, N.H., Aug. 8, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SMTP, Inc. (Nasdaq: SMTP ), a global provider of email delivery services, today reported that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per common share to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 20, 2014. The dividend will be paid on August 29, 2014.

This distribution represents the ninth consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by SMTP since it implemented a dividend policy in April 2012. Over this period, SMTP has increased the dividend four times.
