NEVER EVER trust a penny stock. they just don’t have it in them to make it. they keep crumbling -- due to dilution ( which invariably happens). The management --usually starved for funds--- resorts to dilution to raise funds. all PENNIES DO IS SELL DREAMS and suckers like you and me believe that we can double triple quadruple or investment. but that does not happen. what typically happens is we lose it all. why all? because we have no courage to book heavy losses ( i know you dont have the courage to sell at 0.004 even though you know this is going to keep sliding. Now listen 34th and my dear other longs. WHY DON’T INVESTING GREAT’S LIKE WARREN BUFFETT invest in penny stocks? Why does Warren want to earn a mere 20% a year from stocks.. Why not 200% or so like penny stocks can sometimes deliver. teh answer is simple --WB knows the highest probability in pennies sis to LOSE not gain. he over a period of fifty years in stocks investing realized that the only percentage profit one can hope to make in stocks is 20% --- beyond that number , the risk starts mounting hard! so guys be very careful when you think of investing in pennies. don’t do it IMO. look for good stocks with GREAT UNDERLYING Businesses and great revenues/ margins. Remember how flustered the CEO used to get when I used to ask for numbers. what’s wrong in asking for numbers? Here are the numbers! Numbers expose a company for what it is worth .. nothing else

So 34^th gather the precious lesson we learned here and take the wisdom this nightmare provided. Lets not expect the heavens from penny stocks. Let’s remind ourselves how much manipulation lies and deception occurs here--- lets be v very cautious guys!
