I agree the court case will impede ALOT of companies with the license , but, I do not think FITX will be one of them. We are currently listed on the U.S. market, not the Canadian. As far as I know we have not any plans for that. All that is required is that we have an office in Canada according to the rules of MMPR.
Further, what we are doing, and have been doing from the start is what makes us different from the others who are trying to get a license is, we don't JUST want to grow MJ. We are into, deep into, the best practices mode of the MEDICAL end of this with some of the best scientist around. We are working with the HC to promote that.
The ONLY thing the court case is about is if poor people can get cheap MMJ or can they just grow their own. It has nothing to do with the license process other than showing a need for more growers or not.
I do not take your post as bashing at all. I think your concerns are genuine. But, I think the WHOLE picture must be looked at.
You must do what ever your heart and mind tells you. But , please do not make a rash decision you may regret soon. GLTA
