So annoying, all these new companies IPO will be on Canadian Exchanges, the fees will not justify it....
I was reading a great article that while not bashing FITX, was talking in general, FITX and many many many others are being stopped by the Canadian Courts right now, HC is trying to get that resolved so they can move forward, but I think I need to pretend FITX is dead money for at least the next year as some estimate for licenses to be allowed to be given out right now range from Today till May 2015. Article was discussing that because of the courts many companies are in scramble mode to find investors to stay afloat long enough to survive the wait.
They advised (and I do agree) to only invest on the sure things, licensed companies. They listed quite a few that are licensed and looking to go public soon, sadly all are on the TSX!!!! FITX is the only one looking at nasdaq, but with license probably upwards of a year away (hopefully not) Kills me not to risk anymore money in it. I am sure they did get inspected recently, I am sure HC is allowed to inspect and are doing that to be ahead of the game when and if this injunction is lifted in the courts. Stupid governments getting in the way... Meanwhile little Timmy is having 100 seizures a day, families separated cause still tons of states are claiming it illegal (presently) And due to lack of supply but enormous demand, we have outrageous prices for those who need it.
