That 500k bloc @ .113 is not really there to sell, but to encourage others to sell....Just trying to bloc the advance. PPS had been moving up nicely, then came that request to slow things down, "100" share trade, and it stopped in its' tracks. Pure manipulation, and accumulation. May be Diabolos/Cloveless and his friends......Should be illegal.
