Shares of Series B preferred stock at $2.2075/share representing 10,000,000 shares of common stock. I don't see where it is indicated how many shares of common stock is represented by one share of the Series B preferred stock.
1 share equals 100?
If anyone knows they may want to post the information. I assume he's paying more than .02275/share?
