Well, he tried that ina sort of way by mentioning something it on his blog but that got ridiculed all over...
Maybe in one of his next PR's he could mention something abbout it without giving names... Like;
"BCAP is also preparing a law suit against certain posters of a well known website who constantly damage the reputation of Mr. Dwyer..." or something along those lines...
