BCAP is new and it should be flexible enough to change if there are better (easier and more lucrative) ways to make money in the same field.
I've always said the convertible debt was the key to BCAP -- the public version of Asher Enterprises. The need for micro-cap convertible debt financing hasn't gone away, it may just be that Matt is over-reaching by trying to have the entire architecture in place before actively marketing BCAP's services. I'll reserve judgement as to why that is so for now.
The lesson for any successful project is to start with what one has and build on it. Right now BCAP can offer convertible debt financing, TA services and the ability to take companies public (R/M's and S-1's). IMO Let market those services, draw in revenue and build from there.
"Thats certainly an option but so different of what many think will come and another change in plans may be a blow too many for some, because that would defer the business plan at least with 6 months, if not a year & more..."
