I am not sure. Too few details at this point. If LymPro commercializes before it goes into effect and is grandfathered in, then it may be a nice barrier to entry for competition. If it doesn't it could definitely impact commercialization time if used outside of clinical research.
The article also states that the new guidelines will be phased in over nine years.
Could it have impacted the sell off? Potentially, but I think we would have heard a lot more about it on the different boards on Thursday.
