.003 is all about significance. Statistical significance.
If your p value is p=0.003, then you can be confident that the relationship between the two variables is significant and not as result of random chance.
I saw the presentation slide w/ the Sn Sp #'s but was doing 2 other things and couldn't really focus, then it was gone. Hoping for that to be clarified tomorrow.
