Nicely stated as always Warp. Nothing is black and white when it comes to projects and timelines. I was in IT Project Management and no matter how well you plan or think you've dotted all the "i"s and "t"s....something always seems to happen (within and outside) your control. As long as the end game is still on track...minor setbacks are part of the game. No worries here whatsoever.
