While the discussion of division spinoffs is interesting, I don't feel it will happen anytime soon. I believe Gerald set up the holding company with a spinoff as an option if he sees greater potential for separate entities, but only after the company is generating revenue in each division, so that each entity can be self sufficient moving forward. So I feel we won't see a spinoff until after MANF is generating revenue, possibly with RP or some variant of Dr. Urano's research. But Gerald may surprise us. Who knows?
In any case, I expect AMBS shareholders to receive some X number of shares of the new company for every Y shares of AMBS held. It probably won't be an equal number as this would give the new entity a very large number of shares, and the point would be to reduce that number by the ratio used. 1 share of the new company for every 2, 3, or 4 AMBS shares owned would be my expectation.
As far as dividends being tax free... good luck with that. The only dividends I expect to be tax free are those held in a retirement accounts.
