Well, it is a reasonable concern. It has been a raw deal for loyal long term RFMK shareholders for a long long time now. Mid August we were told we would get full transparency in weeks, not months and it is mid Nov and no word. Many were awaiting the MJ vote for months and now that it passed in multiple states, a historic event for the country, what do we investors get as a reward? Down more than 20% for the day in the stock. Investing can be tough at times. Individual investors need to do what they think is best for them but I for one have been an RFMK stock holder for over a year and will continue to hold long term to eventually see that elusive 10K and the growth of sales and revenues. I remain optimistic, however, as I have said, if I cannot see transparency via a 10K this year I will be forced by way of disciplined investing to seek returns in other investment stories and ideas. I agree that investor confidence has been shattered in RFMK, especially in the last few weeks and today with this fluff PR and horrific Q3 report which did not tell us much of anything new. What is needed to restore confidence IMO is the 10K along with real and actualized business (corp) progress, not more promises of things to come, "soon".
