Last night, the states of Washington and Colorado legalized pot for adults over 21, ending about 75 years of pot prohibition in the two Western states. The decisions will no doubt reverberate globally, as Colorado and Washington become the only two places on the planet to allow responsible, adult consumption of the plant.
