I believe we may have tapped into the same grapevine, or at least the logic that flows is dictating the same series of events for anyone who is familiar with what is going on and who cares to actually extrapolate it out.
BTW, I heard somewhere - not too long ago - that table top exercises arte actually a part of Phase II - the very last part, but as I only heard that once (even though the source was extremely reliable) I have refrained from discussing them.
