Great assessment! Im not so sure the red flags

Im not so sure the red flags you listed were by design though. I think they are the perfect example of a new CEO of an emerging company making faux pas. I'd add in the list of Facebook missteps into the red flags list.
To be honest, I'd have a damn difficult time being long if Bill didn't hire the board that he did. Despite his missteps, Bill has assembled an amazing team around him. These are people that are "above" where FITX currently is and they have a lot to lose professionally, should FITX fail. They add a ton of credibility and have the quality experience to lead this company forward.
Bill has demonstrated an ability to attract talent and to form deals. I'm excited for the future, but objectively so. As shareholders, we should have CEO made expectations and expect the team to make it happen. Bill has always answered my questions politely and truthfully. I like Bill. But as a shareholder, I need Bill to execute, and I'm betting he will. Theres a lot of pumping and a lot of bashing. OTC, I appreciate your objectivity and enjoy our talks.
