In negotiations w/ LymPro Test(R) partner now..
Looking to seal up the deal by "the end of summer", conservatively Sept 21.
LymPro Test(R) Partner has not seen the data as of twitter chat
So, my question is, why would GC bring up the "idea" that we don't know if we need an R/S himself AND reiterate another 2 more times? (tho he does qualify once, by saying not in Q4.)
1) To protect the stock cause he thought if he commits to the fact that there will be an R/S people would freak out?
2) He's bluffing (makes zero sense)
3) He's showing his cards. If so, could be because he thinks when the numbers come out:
the LymPro Test(R) Partner will pay a premium ?
Milestone payments will be made if the LymPro Test(R) Partner brings in business and it will be distributed to Shareholders tax free for AMBS Holdings, because they're the holding company too of a "newly formed " diagnostic company that the "new" partner will have a piece of?
Or he knows of revenue from LymPro Test(R) that is already locked in by "purchase orders" that he can show the new Partner, to show them what kinda $$$ they will be looking at right off the bat...?
Plus ROW $$$, orders/contracts.
Unless, he is negotiating deal(s) for MANF right now, I don't see how / where that kinda increase would come from that would give him confidence for him to make that statement Thrice!!!
Locked in Grants, Contracts, Share buy backs?
So many areas and possibilities!
