$400 K wouldn't even get you a 40 X 100 empty building lot in my very middle class neighborhood in northeast Queens. The last available 70 X 100 empty building lot on my street went for $780,000.
If Baltia makes me rich with my million+ shares I would probably make my kids and grand kids very happy. I have everything I need in this life.
