I love reading speculations of pps and especially love hearing how everyone is going to spend their loot. Everyone has such diverse dreams...exotic cars, boats, move to a different state. Personally, if I was going to drop $400k on something, it would be a small apartment complex. I'd probably hire myself a property manager too. If I couldn't find an apartment complex for sell, I'd try to fulfill my dream of owning a trailer park. LOL! After that, I'd log on to ebay and buy the nicest 64 Ford Galaxie (for under $12k) that I could find...that's what I'd drive to the trailer park to collect my rent. If I could wish for anything, remarkably, that would almost do!
