biotechexpert: Not any of the people who posted on the three message boards Monday night knew that the big specificity & sensitivity data from BD was being delayed! If anyone claims they knew...they were silent about it. Everyone was EXPECTING THE DATA! That could easily have been averted with a simple tweet.
Below is my rough attempt to describe the pertinent tests that have been performed on LymPro:
Provista Test in 2008 with 91 and 91%,
BD Validation Test completed in Nov. 2013,
Pilot Test done in Q1 2014, not sure about size,
Analytical Test done in Q2 2014, nothing has been released,
Seven Year Test, completed Q2 2014, 44 people,
Bridge Test being done now comparing versions 1 & 2.
I really wish Gerald would put a brief chronological summary like this together for us and put it in a blog so we could all wrap our arms around this stuff and talk more intelligently. I'm not really sure yet what was revealed in Copenhagen. That's sad, because I am AMBS' biggest supporter!
