Just my opinion but IF I was a share holder...or a ppm share holder....and I AM....and I had 2M...3M...4M...6M shares of MY MONEY invested in GESI.....and I found out anyone holding say oh....100K...200K...300K...even 1M shares were making decisions concerning my investment.....and DID NOT notify me in advance about anything they were doing...or had been doing that could adversely affect my investment......I would probably be seeking legal council myself.....especially if it adversely affected any potential of me being informed....or adversely affected my investment without my consent......but I am just speaking for me....

I would assume others may have been contacted in regards to this matter....I know one in particular has been....and he was not pleased...or has NOT been contacted .... word spreads fast when its concerning others monies.....

GESI...waste to energy is done...fried...stick a fork in it.....maybe oil,gas,jet fuel, transportation and the new entity is last resort for ALL to maybe gain that ROI % they bought shares for to begin with....jmo
