Now there seems to be discussion on PPM language that states Class A shares....
hmmm..is that Class A....Class A preferred...Free trading....promissory note...purchase....what???
I suspect this is going to require a "legal" opinion....and which of the multiple ppm agreements is actually viable...I would assume the one with the CEO at that time Gordon Mackay's signature on....
Seems we now have a new CEO...probably indemnified of this past ppm..jmo I don't know....BUT
What does it really boil down to....Class A shares....a refund if applicable...interest %....or ability to deposit certs......what??
Im sure all shares were purchased with the express intent of selling them for a ROI % gain.....so based on that......does it matter whether it is a waste to energy plant or another entity that yields that expected ROI % gain????
If ROI % gain is the bottom line...why would negativity be brought into public view by anyone other than a legal attorney???
Lots of questions still yet to be answered on this....and other subjects...but I would suspect ...ALL SHARE HOLDERS LISTED ABOVE IN THIS PPM.....AND ANY SHARE HOLDERS HAVING RETAIL SHARES IN THE MARKET....WOULD WANT TO BE CONTACTED AND HAVE A VOICE IN ANYONE MAKING ANY DECISIONS CONCERNING THEIR INVESTMENT IN GESI ......I would think in a situation like this...they DO have a voice....seems I see many voices that need to be heard from on these matters....not just 2 or 3 I see posting on other venues....
