Good post on another unnamed message board by "Stockstrodamus." I thought I would share it.
"How did they get shafted? FITX requested deference and they got what they asked for. Did you not hear the attorney speak. He is a genious. FITX knows that HC approves inspection if all reqs are met. Which all of HC reqs are met as of last Friday. The vault, the completion of the fence, ventilation, barbed wire, security system and cameras...etc. and also, as stated by the council members in the meeting FITX has met all zoning requirements of Lakeshore as well. You either don't understand English well or are a paid basher. I am just trying to help.
When HC approves FITX becomes government regulated and what the town says or wants does not matter. Can you not see what the town and the attorney were working towards together. Could you not also see how supportive the council members were to what this will do for their economy and the jobs it will create. They are all pro MJ and pro FITX.
