"New regulations don't apply to the sites." The
Post# of 56323
The way I interpret this is the sites that are being inspected have already been approved and zoned under the laws at the time (there are also documents that Bill filed to back up this claim for the first sites). Any new laws that have come about in Lakeshore are null and void for these first sites since they were already approved to be built under the old laws, therefore there are still no zoning issues for the finished sites that are ready for inspection. For the newer proposed sites I am sure there are still minor issues that take time. If you are impatient then you probably will have a tough time waiting for a couple extra months on the new sites approval.
Remember guys Bill is a lawyer and will not be fucked with, he knows his shit. (I should make this a t-shirt haha)
I am certain the first HC inspection will happen and we will be approved any day now.
The concerns the town had are also null and void because they are already addressed in the HC inspection. The people were obviously extremely naive to the high standards that HC already has in place to counter these seemingly legitimate concerns. We have nothing to worry about. Nothing.
That being said, if the share price drops in the next few days I am eager to pick up some more. Good luck longs.
