If a stock becomes highly sought for whatever reason they can fly, look at gopro recently, after the IPO it jumped up almost $20 when I thought it would go down. I once bought a stock around $2.50 - $3.00, most of the 15k shares I bought were in the $3 range, next thing I know it was $87/sh and it happened real fast ( IDCC which was IDC then ). All I'm saying is that they become harder to buy when they're running and at the same time if stock runs up 200, 300 or 500% then you would have doubts about jumping in, that's another reason why your better off be holding prior to the run up which makes it a lot easier to sell after a 500% run up versus trying to decide if you should buy at that point, just saying............!

P.S. License is coming, take that to the bank! Many months ago I said that HC wouldn't issue a license to build and then see a company spend many millions so they could deny them a license. The CEO made the same statement when he was in Colorado for that conference recently, think about it.......!
