Pretty sound advice at this point in the game. Consider the following:
Ok, Let's say H/C wants to give us the License.
Ok, what is required to happen?
The fact that H/C will be in control of compliance once approved, then that means that Windsor / Lakeshore has to zone properly.
That in my opinion is what is taking place today.
Before H/C comes in, they want the city and County to be assured that the business is ok with the residents and other businesses, as well as water, fire, safety, (police), road infrastructure...etc.. That should all be finalized today, including amendments.
So, in essence, Now, H/C can provide the inspection and move forward with it. If, we can get 're-zoned', for the other parts, ie: sites, 3-6 with the 'added value', then we can rock and roll with the rest of our plans to help H/C approve the oils and edibles, etc. But, if not we will simply go somewhere that we do not need to 're-zone' and go forward anyway. We want to go with Windsor...but, it does not have to be that way.
Bottom line is that I agree with Shipwithoutarudder for the above reasons and think we're running out of time to obtain and hold shares at this range.
On the other hand on july 2nd and 3rd we made almost identical moves that we are making today if you look at the charts. This tells me that OTC was correct that the MMs are manipulating to find a sustainable channel to run in. If we do not get the License soon, we may travel back to high 4s in my opinion.
It all comes down to how much do you like to gamble. GLTA
