multiple entities in play re: set ups and orchestrations
which is easily sourced (but requires *time* some are unwilling to give)
did original mgmt have moments of irrational exuberance?
absolutely
were mistakes made?
absolutely
but this is where you and i will always *differ*
i have never expected *seamless* out of a newly minted pubco mgmt team
and imo founder's *goal* was to uplist out of the OTC .. asap
*crew* >> couldn't have that .. could they PP?
not with cycle where it stood post first *orchestration* (Dec 2009)
