Dr. Louis Kirby is described several times in today's press release as the company's Chief Medical Officer, but on the Amarantus web site he is listed as a Corporate Advisor.
While Dr. Charlotte Keywood is still listed as CMO – Therapeutics Division, it seems Dr. Kirby has been added to the management team as CMO – Diagnostics Division. I expect we'll soon get a press release or 8-K announcing this change.
