Jason's comment to Cassandra about her "being right" referred to Jason keeping to his word that he would admit that she is right if it proves that PV was not all that he believed him to be. Nothing more than that. It was not an admission that the company is a scam or that he posted misleading links/information for PVEI, etc., etc... But, Jason, as with me, learned the very hard way that someone can wear many masks and somehow all at once.
Good Evening Everyone,
This quote above has been in question for some time now and since I have a few minutes to respond to a couple of the multitude of questions that have been rising over the course of the last few weeks, please let me start with this one...
Cassandra and I had a phone conversation in December 2013 I believe it was - my timing may be a little off as the last 6 months or so have been a blur and a half. Part of the conversation we had, she spoke to the methods, character, and other aspects of the management of PVEC (not to include Kerry and Myself). Given the information that I had at the time and the fact that I (we) were doing our absolute best to right a sinking ship - (which consequently was being righted until said management decided they didn't want a consensus vote and decided to steer the ship into a whole new direction) I disagreed with many aspects of her claims (and still do in some respects), but as an honest person stated clearly that if she was proven right, I would, as I have, publicly state it. Now what does that mean? Does that mean that PVEC is a scam? Nope. Does it mean that PVEC doesn't have a business plan? Nope. Does that mean that Kerry or myself had ANYTHING less than the best interests of the company and it's investors in mind in EVERYTHING that we said and did? NOPE!
Every bit of information that was conveyed to the shareholders via conference call, press release, or "Radio PVEC" was provided by the management of the company and we as the liaison to the shareholders took these items as facts - and portrayed them as such. There was never anything that was taken to the shareholders attention that was not fact as far as Kerry or I knew (or know).
As Kerry stated in her post - there comes a time where it is obvious that no matter how hard you try, or no matter how bad you want something, if the "powers that be" are heading in a direction that you are not willing to travel, it becomes time to move on to new endeavors. It has been some months since I have spoken to ANYONE at the PVEC office and as most of you have figured out, there have been some differences between the management and I that I hope will be worked out very soon so the company as well as the investors can move on to bigger and better parts of the plan that if executed properly will definitely be something to see.
PVEC has much promise as Kerry has stated, that promise however will not include either of us, as she also stated, we both were not accepting the feeling of "what is the world is next" - that is not an environment that I can or am willing to work in.
Just to be clear, with regards to Cassandra's "You were right" post, that strictly had to do with the character, the nuances, and the methods that the CEO of the company operated, and absolutely NOTHING more. How he chooses to run his business is strictly his own, but how he chooses to run his business, I personally cannot be a part of.
On a lighter note, Kerry and I have moved onto other endeavors and are partnered up into a company that will soon be a powerhouse in the OTC world we hope - a business that will scream Honesty, Transparency, and Integrity just as we live our lives.
Blame can be placed here there or wherever. Whatever helps you to sleep at night will work for me. I have read a lot of posts and received hundreds of emails from a lot of people that have personally thanked Kerry and I for all of the hard work that we personally put into the company - for those you have my utmost thanks. I have also read other posts from others as well as some of the same folks that thanked us profusely, now turned the opposite direction - I thank you for those as well - that's the best way to show ones true colors. The OTC world is very volatile and things will change with the wind. Having solid and strong investors like yourselves, coupled with honest hardworking folks that run public companies are hard to come by - most people are in the for the "lotto" play and out just as fast. Something to keep in mind - all of the big companies, Apple, Microsoft, Ford, etc.. they were all started in a garage (or small office) the same as 99% of the companies that are on the OTC market. Without strong investors like yourselves, they won't stand a chance. From the investment viewpoint, You win some and you lose some, but you never give up. I personally will not be giving up (I tried my darndest with Kerry's help to bring the utmost value and strength to this company) and will be moving onto other endeavors and hope to see all of you in the near future as well.
In closing - let me share with you how I am able to sleep well at night...
I am sure that there will be comments that pop out "cause you screwed the shareholders!" or something to that effect...
Actually the truth is just the opposite - I have lost as much or even more than most investors... but I will sleep well tonight knowing that A) I did my absolute best, Everything that I have said has been the truth to the very best of my knowledge, and C) Tomorrow is a new day and there are more opportunities waiting, not just for me, but all of you as well.
Jason
