Thank you! You are absolutely right and it is alwa

Your post reminded me of something--before becoming part of the PVEI team only to leave (hey, it happens) I was an investor in this company. Sure, I jumped aboard based on a lot on "info" posted over yonder (was drinking the koolaid as they say though makes no since from the onset my posts over there, at least those that were not arbitrarily deleted were based on critical examination. But, whatever they say.) and I did a good amount of DD on the CEO & his history in the maritime industry. Having dealt with many facets of business, particularly as a self-employed individual, I understood full well that there are always two sides to every claim. Sometimes more. It only takes a brief amount of time to get a true grasp of what is going on over yonder and especially where this stock is concerned. I didn't get into VDSC/PVEC as a quick flip. Rather, I saw something in what the company is proposing to do as well as the great lengths gone to to establish the company in the niche market. I surmised that if he (the CEO) could apply the same veracity in operations as was required to continue to pursue the number of people and entities he had up to that point in his efforts to succeed, eventually my investment would pay off.
Mind you, I did learn that there seems to be a black cloud that follows the CEO, some of which is of his own rain dancing. However, that does not negate the fact that he has had a pretty impressive plan that he has been working on for some time. Unfortunately for some us though, our necks were used as stepping stones so-to-speak. It happens he will have to contend with that when the time comes to meet his maker. I try not to hold grudges for the most part. There are some exceptions, though.
Bottom line, as I have said a myriad of times, the company is still in business. There are a number of people who have been brought in to assist with the continuation of cleaning up the mess so that the company can continue to move forward. And it is moving forward--the stock is still current, the company is still answering the phones and showing up to work everyday, the SEC has not posted a case number release with PVEI attached to it, the FBI are not raiding the offices, etc., etc., etc...
So, we wait. Perhaps the company will have mercy on we shareholders and start giving updates very soon. If not, so long as the above remain true, I am OK with my position in the company.
Oh, and to answer the number of queries about this, no, I have not received my preferred C certificate.
