I agree with you. I think also the fact that the company wasn't registered with the SEC Didn't help. Sounds like SEC can't outlaw unregistered companies trading on the pinks, but it doesn't mean they can't make their lives living hells and compel them into registering so the can trade normally again. If you look the history the number of suspensions are through the roof compared to previous years. So you have to ask are there really that many more scams or is the SEC becoming less restrictive on suspending pinks and good companies are getting caught up in the mix?
