Problem is...he wasn't snagged because he was sloppy with his Pr's etc. He was snagged because a 3rd party has been after him since day 1 and someone who knows someone in SEC probably got bribed and went ahead and flagged Kmag. Based on the recent link provided you can see it was very minor issue compared to the rest of the halted stocks. I don't believe this would have happened to Kmag. Sec is supposed to give written warning before commencing. Jeff was blind sided.
