Law firms began announcing their intention to file class action lawsuits within days. The Wolf lawsuit filed by Berger & Montague was consolidated with all the others. Now that we have all that straight, what's your point? Why don't you go study the complaint so you can understand what the specific allegations are. Maybe you can decipher that for everyone here.
No I don't want to sue SKTO. I know it's hard to understand, but there's all those pesky rules about actually having a cause of action. Nor do I see anyone else (including any of these law firms you keep talking about) jumping on the bandwagon to do so. I'm a smart girl. But who knows, maybe you could find a couple of dummies here and try filing one yourself. Make sure you have a shit ton of money to pay our attorneys fees!
