Six or more law firms filed class actions including Berger & Montague, the large and prestigious Philadelphia firm which has litigated a number of major class action suits. Investors who purchased GrowLife common stock during the Class Period -- November 14, 2013 and April 9, 2014, inclusive -- had until June 17, 2014 to move the Court to appoint them as lead plaintiff.

How a Class Action Proceeds in Court
Step 1: The first step is the drafting and filing of a complaint against the defendants. This document is then filed in court and delivered or "served" on the defendants by the U.S. mail or a process server.
