An R/S wouldn't be necessary if they achieved a $2 pps but I honestly think they would still do a small one (1:4?). Given, a $2 pps with all warrants executed and also assuming all of the shares registered were sold to LPC, would give AMBS a market cap of about $1.7 Billion (850m shares outstanding). Given what we know currently, I don't think we justify that sort of market cap (emphasis on currently). That's why I think they would still perform an R/S even if they did achieve a $2 pps, just to reduce the size of the OS a bit and to ensure we stay well above the $1 minimum to stay listed. Plus, a higher pps allows more, not all, institutions to start to purchasing shares.
just my 2 cents
